Our staff understands and values each child as being special and unique. We feel that effective communication, education and trust are the key elements of excellent healthcare. Our staff consists of some very dedicated individuals:
Heather, our patient service representative, will take your call, make your appointments and will always ensure that you get the assistance that you need. Our medical staff, Andrea and Hali, are trained to assist with phone calls, check-ups, immunizations, and acute care for your ill children. And of course, Becky, our office manager, keeps it all together by making sure our office is running smoothly and assists our families with any concerns.
We see ourselves as a family and work diligently as a team with the same goal: to make sure your family is well cared for.
Dr. Petropoulos will return your calls when you are in need of medical advice after hours, not a nurse triage system or nurse line. Most importantly, her time with you and your child are of the utmost importance to her, so plenty of time is spent with your family.
